About the Service

Cometa.gg is a modern service for converting digital assets and fiat currencies, launched in 2026. We developed the platform with a focus on an intuitive interface, offering competitive rates, and providing excellent customer support. Our team focused on creating a stable tool that addresses the needs of both novice and experienced digital currency market participants.

How the exchange process works

The conversion process on our platform is designed to minimize user interactions and ensure maximum transparency at every stage. The entire process is divided into five sequential steps, completing which allows for the secure transfer of funds.

Step 1: Selecting a direction and calculating an amount. The service's main page features an exchange calculator. Select the asset you plan to transfer in the left column, and the asset you want to receive in the right column. Immediately after selecting a currency pair, the system automatically updates the rate and displays the platform's current reserves. When entering an amount in one of the fields, the calculator instantly calculates the final value, taking into account all platform system fees. At this stage, you will also be able to see the current minimum and maximum limits for the selected direction. Limits are generated dynamically based on network load and available liquidity. It is important to carefully review these values before proceeding to the next step to ensure your transaction amount complies with the platform's established rules.

Step 2. Entering payment details and personal information. After entering the amounts, the system will prompt you to fill out a form with your payment details. The success of the entire transaction depends on the accuracy of the information entered at this stage. If you are purchasing cryptocurrency, you will need to enter your digital wallet address. Make sure the selected network exactly matches the receiving wallet network (e.g., TRC20 or ERC20 for stablecoins). An incorrect network selection will result in the permanent loss of funds on the blockchain. Some networks also require a Memo or Destination Tag. If you are withdrawing funds to a bank card or electronic payment system, you must carefully enter the card or account number, as well as the owner's full name, if required by the selected bank. You will also need to provide a valid email address. This will be used to receive notifications about changes in your application status, as well as a receipt upon completion of the transaction.

Step 3. Card Verification. When exchanging fiat for cryptocurrency using bank cards, the system will require verification. This is a standard process designed to protect cardholders from unauthorized use of their payment information by third parties. Verification is performed using your passport and a photo of your card with an open tab displaying the Cometa.gg website in the background. You only need to verify a specific bank card once. After successful verification, the card is linked to your profile or ID, and all subsequent transactions using it will proceed without the need for re-verification. Photo verification is performed by operators as quickly as possible to avoid delays in the conversion process.

Step 4. Paying for the Created Application. Once all the information has been entered and the necessary checks have been completed, the system will generate unique payment details for you. A timer will appear on the application page, indicating the time during which the exchange rate will remain fixed and the payment details will remain valid. This window is typically around twenty minutes. You must transfer the exact amount specified in the request. If you're sending cryptocurrency, please consider the withdrawal fee your wallet or exchange may charge—the final amount credited to our account must exactly match the amount in the order. For fiat transfers, use your bank's app to complete the transfer using the details provided. Immediately after sending the funds, be sure to click the payment confirmation button in the exchanger's interface. This signals the system to begin tracking your payment.

Step 5. Waiting for receipt and completing the exchange. After your confirmation, the request enters the processing status. The speed of this step depends on the type of assets used. On average, the process takes between 5 and 120 minutes. Bank transfers within a single financial institution are usually processed within a few minutes. For cryptocurrency, the waiting time is directly related to the current mempool load of the specific blockchain and the required number of network confirmations. Once our system registers the full receipt of funds, the target asset is automatically paid out to the details you specified. Once the transaction is complete, the request status on the website will change to successful, and you will receive an email notification with the transaction details.

Assets pegged to the exchange rate of fiat currencies are available on several networks (e.g., TRC20, ERC20, BEP20). This allows you to choose the optimal balance between transfer speed and blockchain fees. 
• Bank Cards. The service accepts cards from popular payment systems issued by major financial institutions. We enable direct purchase and sale of cryptocurrency using your bank account. 
• Electronic Payment Systems. For those who prefer alternative payment methods, the platform supports transfers through popular e-wallets and international money transfer services. 

Asset Security and KYC Policy Protecting users' funds and personal data is a priority at Cometa.gg. 

All transactions processed through the service are protected by modern encryption protocols. To comply with international security standards, the platform uses automated AML (Anti-Money Laundering) systems. Each incoming cryptocurrency transaction is scored for interactions with high-risk sources, such as darknet marketplaces, mixers, or wallets known to have been hacked. If the system detects a high risk score, the transaction may be suspended for additional checks. In such cases, the user will be required to undergo identity verification (KYC) to confirm the legitimate origin of the funds. These measures are necessary to guarantee the integrity of the cryptocurrency issued to all our clients and prevent account freezes on major exchanges. The passport-based bank card verification procedure, described during the application process, is also part of the comprehensive security system. This step eliminates the possibility of cashing out funds from compromised cards and protects honest market participants from being drawn into fraudulent schemes.
